How much does it cost to Buy or Sell an Asset?

Nothing - there's no charge, but please tell your friends and colleagues.

How do I search for an Asset that I want to Buy?
Either:
  • Hover over the “Buy” button then move down and choose the asset type which will enlarge as you hover over it now click on the desired sub-category in grey to view the listing of available units.

  • Type in a keyword into the "Search" at top right to get to the same listing

Click on the selected unit from the results page for the final view.

How do I know how to contact the Seller?

In the Final View click the “Please Contact Me” button and the Seller will receive your contact details by SMS and email to call you back!

Or you can call the Seller from the details given.

Who do I buy the chosen Asset from?

All transactions are between the Buyer and the Seller. Satisfy yourself that you are happy with the deal in all respects before parting with any money. Assitport International Ltd only does the introduction through www.assitport.com (see Ts & Cs).

Can I compare chosen assets side by side?

In the final view, click the Pick List "add/remove", then click "view your picklist".

You can compare selected assets by clicking the "compare selected" button.

Can I see the price in my own currency?

Wherever there is a Price you can choose any currency from the drop down adjacent to the price.

Currencies are updated at midnight GMT by XE.com to give an approximate Selling price (see Ts & Cs).

How can I locate an asset that is not listed?

Hover over “Locator”, to complete an outline of what you are looking for. We will circulate your needs & details to possible Sellers.

How do I list an Asset that I want to Sell?
  1. Hover over the “Sell” button then move down and choose the Asset Type which will enlarge as you hover over it, now click on the desired sub-category in grey to view the input form.

  2. Complete your contact details on the input form or login through Facebook Facebook. Then add the details of the asset which you have for sale including 5 pics (50 – 150kb).

  3. View the Listing that you have generated, edit it if necessary and then “Save” it. The areas ringed in red will be quickly activated by Assitport providing they comply with our terms and conditions. (see Ts & Cs)
How many Assets may I list?

After you've added your first asset, there's a button enabling you to list as many assets as you wish.

What happens to my new listing?

Your asset will be validated and will:

  1. immediately appear on the Assitport’s global websites
  2. be circulated by email to all our subscribing Dealers each evening.
  3. be circulated in our weekly newsletter to all our listed Buyers past and present
Do I have to give my details every time?

No - once you have completed your contact details you will receive an email confirming your email address as your login and an initial password (which you can later change under “my profile”).  Thereafter you can log into the site to Buy and Sell at any time.

Can I list Assets that do not have an Asset-Type listed here?

Yes - Drop us a mail and tell us what you require and we will do the best we can to satisfy your needs.

Do you have a costing system that will control the expenses of my Asset?

Yes – Just ask us to contact you and we will be pleased to tell you more.
