An invoice is generated for every purchase of Assitunits Au or Dealer Packages
Why does the agent not give me an invoice?
Because you are purchasing the advertisement from assitport International who will invoice you after each transaction

What is an assit unit (Au)?
An assit unit is the token used on the website to pay for advertising space at prescribed rates listed on the pricelist. By using Au’s you are able to pay in any currency through your credit card. An Au is equivalent to US$ 1

Why must I register before I can use the site?
Both buyers and sellers need to know who each other is so that they can communicate. During the registration process we check your email address so that the other party can be advised of your verified contact details
How do I get in touch with the seller?
When you have clicked the “Contact Me” button on the asset that you are interested in, the website automatically sends your details to the Seller and the Seller’s details to you. It is then up to you both to contact each other.
How does the seller get in touch with the buyer?
When the prospect clicks the “Contact Me” button on the asset that he is interested in, the website automatically sends your details to the Buyer and the Buyer’s details to you. It is then up to you both to contact each other.
How do I know how good the selling dealer is?
The star rating gives you an indication of previous buyers perceived experience of a dealer. After you have been in touch with a dealer you will be asked to rate him. assitport uses the ratings collected, aggregates them to get the star ratings.
If the make and model of my asset is not on a dropdown how do I get it added?
The drop down for each has the option to click “Other Not Listed”. Please add the make and/or model, and we will validate the names given and add them to the future dropdowns. Once validated your asset will be listed with the “make” and/or Model you have added
How long will it take before my advert appears on the site?
As soon as we have validated the pictures and free text, normally less than an hour
Why do my pictures not upload onto the site?
Probably because they are too big or the wrong type
Why can I not advertise my asset without a picture?
We believe that a picture is better than a thousand words
How do I find a service provider for an my asset
Go to “Service Directory” to search in your selected category in a selected Region
How do I get a great price for my used asset?
Go to “Trade Ins” and we will circulate your asset to participating dealers who will pay great prices, in the region you select.
How do I publish a great story I have for assitport users?
We will publish stories of interest within a Region and by asset category. Send them including pictures to us at news@assitport.com in Word format and we will do the rest
