Your access to and use of the Assitport International Ltd (Assitport.com) website,(“Assitport”), as the User ("the User") shall be subject to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site. Assitport reserves the right at its discretion to update or revise the terms of use. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any changes to the terms of use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
THE INFORMATION SERVICE
The Assitport information service ("the information service") is comprised of information and content, which includes but is not limited to advertising services, e-commerce and trading sites, provided by Assitport and third parties with whom Assitport has contracted.
The content provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not in any manner create a legal contract, express or implied, between Assitport and the User.
· Information regarding its appearance as they appear on this website are provided to Assitport from independent third party data providers and republished for informational benefit only.
· Such information is not intended to be a substitute for direct communication between the User and any of Assitport’s information providers, licensors, suppliers, employees, Internet Service Providers, agents and participating Suppliers, participating manufacturers or agents (“the Suppliers”).
· The website is designed to enable users to obtain online and offline asset information, price and payment quotes from participating Suppliers and independent service providers who subscribe to the Assitport website.
· Assitport does not own any asset listed on the Assitport website and offers no express or implied warranty on any asset listed.
· Assitport does not guarantee asset prices or availability.
· The Suppliers are not prohibited from independently negotiating any /all of the terms and conditions of the final agreement between the User / Supplier.
· The User’s execution of a contract for the purchase or lease of an asset, with any terms differing from those quoted on Assitport will supersede any conditions and/or warranties displayed on the Assitport website and will be legally binding on the User.
· The User acknowledges that all assets are sold “As Is”, unless the contrary is clearly indicated and that all representations made regarding assets are that of the Supplier and not Assitport.
· Prices quoted are estimates only, exclusive of ,but not limited to, Local Taxes, registration, licensing fees, documentation and delivery charges and added accessories which the user has chosen to add to the asset.
· Assitport may, in its sole discretion, amend these terms and conditions from time to time at which time the new terms and conditions will immediately come into effect in respect of further usage...
USER’S RIGHTS
· All software, data, information and all content displayed thereon used to provide this Web site, including but not limited to, text and images, method of display and presentation, source code, embedded routines and programs and other materials, as well as all copyrights, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights therein or thereto, are owned by Assitport,
· The Intellectual Properties are protected under worldwide copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and treaties in the name of Assitport.

USER REGISTRATION FACILITY
To protect the user's registration information, Assitport allocates a unique registration number which is associated with each user’s, email address (login) and the user’s self chosen password These unique identifiers are confirmed to the user via e-mail immediately upon joining the Assitport network
· Only users have the ability to modify their personal information and add or delete their ads as needed
· Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration and password and for restricting access to their computer, and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their registration or password.
· Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their registration information, including the password, and for any and all activity that occurs under their registration.
· Users agree to notify Assitport immediately of any unauthorized use of their registration or password, or any other breach of security.
· Users may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of, or visitor to, our Web site due to someone else using the user’s registration or password. Reference is made to the Assitport Privacy Policy for further information regarding registration or password details and usage
USER PREPAID ACCOUNT FACILITY
Because this is a Global website, the services it offers are sold in the website currency called Assit units “Au” which are paid by the user in any local currency, converted into the transaction currency being US dollars (US$), and retained in a prepaid account by Assitport which is unique to each user. To protect the user's prepaid account information and credit balances, Assitport allocates a unique account number which is associated with each user’s, email address (login) and the user’s self chosen password.
· The user will prepay moneys into this account by credit card transfer to which a unique transaction number is allocated or EFT and the credit value will be displayed in “Au” on the website every time the user logs on.
· The user will redeem these Au units by purchasing advertising space or other services from Assitport. A unique Assitport Reference number is allocated to each advertisement. These unique identifiers are disclosed to the user as advertisement space is purchased.
· Assit units will not be transferable nor may they be redeemed for cash
· Only users have the ability to modify their personal information, buy “Au”, redeem “Au” and add or delete their advertisements as needed
· Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for restricting access to their computer, and agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under their account or password.
· Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including the password, and for any and all activity that occurs under their account.
· Users agree to notify Assitport immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or password, or any other breach of security.
· Users may be held liable for losses incurred by Assitport, its suppliers or any other user of, or visitor to, the Web site due to someone else using the user’s account or password. Reference is made to the Assitport Privacy Policy for further information regarding account or password details and usage
· This Web site does not sell products or services for children, but it sells them to adults, who can purchase with a credit card. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in the exercise of our sole discretion.

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS OF USE
Without limiting any other portion of this Terms of Use Agreement, the user agrees that Assitport, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate the user’s access to the Web site and/or block future access to the Web site if it is determine that the user has violated these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with such use of the Web site. also It is further agreed that any violation of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to Assitport, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and the user consents to Assitport obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that is deemed necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies Assitport may have at law or in equity.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
· This User Agreement and all modifications and amendments hereof shall be governed by and construed under and in accordance with laws of the Mauritius.
· The User consents to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate’s Court of Mauritius, notwithstanding that the claim in issue may exceed the jurisdiction of such court. Assitport shall however be entitled to, in its sole discretion, institute any such proceedings in any division of the High Court of Mauritius, or its successor from time to time.
· If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of this agreement shall continue in effect.
GENERAL
· No agreement to alter, vary or cancel this agreement and no addition or amendment to or deletion from this agreement shall be of any force and effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all the parties.
· No indulgence, extension of time, relaxation or latitude which any party ("the grantor") may show grant or allow to the other ("the grantee") shall constitute a waiver by the grantor of any of the grantor's rights and the grantor shall not thereby be prejudiced or stopped from exercising any of its rights against the grantee which may have arisen in the past or which might arise in the future.
